- NSFW with extreme gore, illegal fetishes or illegal sexual matters.✦ PAYMENT OPTIONSI accept PayPal and Binance Pay (USDT) as payment options.- Paypal will request a fee (5,4% + 0,30$), that fee will be added to the final price of the commission.
- Via Binance Pay I will accept USDT as the just and only crypto currency option. I won't accept any other crypto as payment.✦ COPYRIGHTPrices and commissions are by default for Personal Use ONLY, if you require commercial use, please let me know, so we can negotiate it and add a contract for the commercial use.Commercial use will have an extra fee depending on the type of license you require.- Type 1:
Promotional images for content creators or monetized platforms such as TwitchTV and YouTube, this type of usage will have an extra fee of x1.5 of the commission final price.- Type 2:
In addition to using the work on monetized platforms, the client will be able to use the work to sell merchandise (paintings, prints, shirts, pins, among others) both online and in person, it will have a fee starting from x2 of the final price of the commission. The price may increase depending on the use that will be given to the commission.I, as the artist, will retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. This include the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes.Any commission I make, may be added to my portfolio and shared in my social medias, please tell me if you don't wish it to happen with your commission, so I can be aware of it.✦ PROCESSPlease, give me all the information needed, from pose, to design, to art style, and anything you consider important; if you have images as references, it would be a lot of help.A basic form of information can be:
- Character's design traits.
- Pose to illustrate.
- Clothing and accessories.
- Type of illustration.
- References.
- Deadlines, if you have one (depending of the illustration and my current workload I may take a week to a month and a half to complete; I will take extra fee for tight deadlines).Upon determining the price and way of payment I will require you to pay 100% or at least 50% upfront (other 50% should be paid midway of the painting process). I won't be making any draw until being paid.I will be making an invoice, with details and information of the commission.After payment, i will be making a sketch to make sure I understood what you need, please tell me if any fixes are needed. Once I start coloring, any kind of changes would be difficult to make, and depending of the change it would cost extra fee.Fixes or changes that wasn't specified before will cost extra money, if the fix is needed due to my own mistake (I missed something that was described from the start) it will make it with out extra cost.✦ CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICYIf, after the sketch is made or further that stage, the client wants to cancel the commission and get a refund, I will take in consideration the time already spent and how much of the draw is already made, based on it I will keep a percentage of the payment as part of a cancellation fee.If I find that I am unable to complete the order due to lack of time, unforeseen difficulties or other, I will get in contact with you right away; and if you consider necessary, you can request a full refund.Finished illustrations won't have refund policy.✦ WAITING LISTI will be opening slots as I finnish other's clients commissions.If all slots are full, I can add you to the waiting list and notify you once a slot is available again.No need to pay me if you are currently on the waiting list.✦ ALSO IMPORTANTPrices may be subject of increase for very detailed characters or backgrounds.
